Old craggy vines growing on the back of a weather worn shed in Virginia Beach.

Kenny and I hiking through First Landing State Park in Virginia Beach.

An abandoned bird’s nest I found while working in the yard. It’s made up mostly of pine straw and palm frond leaves.

Beginning a small painting of a Mullet fish. I see these jumping daily and they’re a special delicacy here in Pensacola.

A beautiful lettuce harvest from my garden.

Some barely blush roses that I couldn’t resist buying.

A chilly view of the Bayou on my morning run. It was 21 degrees on that particular morning.

Working on a gardenia oil painting on panel.

A Spanish moss laden path in First Landing State Park in Virginia Beach.
