Wandering through the garden, I encounter many butterflies. Some float on the breeze while others permanently lay resting on a blanket of warm soil. Both tableaus summon a sweet melancholy like the opening notes of “Moonlight Sonata.”
This painting is an original watercolor on 8x10” cold-press watercolor paper.
The painting is signed on the front and titled on the back.
Painting is unframed.
To keep your piece beautiful for a lifetime, frame it behind glass and only use acid-free mat board. Keep out of direct sunlight.
Shipping and Returns
Your painting will be packaged in an acetate sleeve with a heavy backing board. It will be shipped in a stay-flat mailer to ensure it arrives to you as beautifully as it left the studio.
All prints will ship USPS Priority mail. Once handed over to the post office the studio is no longer responsible for any delays, lost, or undeliverable packages.

If shipping damage occurs (fingers crossed it doesn’t) please send your order number and photos of the damaged package to kara@karavalentinoffield.com within 7 days of receiving it and we will try out best to remedy the situation.
