All prints will ship USPS Priority Mail.

Please allow 7 days for processing.

Your painting will be packaged in an acetate sleeve with a heavy backing board and shipped in a stay-flat mailer.

Once handed over to the post office the studio is no longer responsible for any delays, lost, or undeliverable packages. 

The studio is not responsible for incorrect addresses or information provided at checkout.

No returns or exchanges. If shipping damage occurs please send your order number and photos of the damaged package to kara@karavalentinoffield.com within 7 days of receiving it and I will try my best to remedy the situation.
